Our attorneys have successfully prepared and prosecuted hundreds of trademark and service mark applications, resulting in federal registration of our clients’ marks in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Through our global network of international colleagues we are able to oversee the procurement of corresponding marks in other countries.

We also have extensive experience in negotiating the assignment and licensing of rights in marks. We take pride in our history of successfully negotiated resolutions of disputes and successful litigation of our client’s rights in courts in the United States and before Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO.
